Oops

I just bought a little frog ring sling in the woven wraps boxing day sale.

Bub is 5 weeks and I already have an ergo ventus, ellevill zara triblue woven, breeze baby rs, stretchy wrap and a cheap rs.

They’ll all be needed though, ergo for exercise and housework, woven for longer days out, rs for every day use and quick trips, breeze baby for water, stretchy I’ll give to my cousin to get her into bw and I’ll sell my cheap rs.

Monday 24th of November

Our beautiful baby girl, Annabelle was born. At 7:43pm, weighing 7lb 12oz and 53cm at 38 weeks + 2 days.

My waters broke at 12:20pm, I called my midwife who told me I would probably be in the hospital at about 5am and to rest. I started getting contractions at 1:30pm, every 2-4 minutes, they were getting pretty intense so I jumped in the bath. Then during a contraction at about 6:30, my bum was being pushed up, so I called my midwife who listened to my next contraction and then told me to come in (I was an hour away).

As soon as I got out of the bath, the contraction pains went away and were replaced with intense pushing. I was pushing the entire way to the hospital and was sure that I was going to have baby in the car. We got to the hospital at about 7:10pm, I jumped in a wheel chair and arvin pushed me to the birthing centre. I was pushing and the girls took me to a room and started to run the bath for my water birth when my midwife came in and asked me to get up on the bed, on all fours and told me they wouldn’t be able to run the bath in time and to start pushing.

I pushed for about 20 minutes, and she was born, no stitches required :)

Seriously, it all happened so quick. Arvin the poor thing looked traumatized because he couldn’t do anything but drive.

It was absolutely amazing and I would do it all over again :)

Restless legs is the worst!

I just want to lie down but can’t.

The exercise ball is probably better to sit on anyway.

Gotta bring this baby down 👍
